Our guided sessions, workshops, and coaching packages are designed to support your personal and professional evolution. Detailed descriptions appear on our website. All service appointments are confirmed upon receipt of applicable fees.

3. Digital Products

Digital offerings include online courses, downloadable workbooks, and multimedia materials. Access is granted after full payment. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your devices.

4. Physical Merchandise

Our store features curated items that support mindful living. Products are shipped to the address you provide. Risk transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

We understand that plans change. You may request a refund within 7 days of booking if no session has occurred. To do so, contact us via our contact form. Refunds will be completed within 14 business days using the original payment channel. Alternatively, you may defer the session to a later date at no extra fee if you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled time. For bespoke sessions that begin immediately, no refunds are available due to the personalized preparation involved.

5.2 Digital Products

For online courses and ebooks, you may request a refund within 7 days of initial access. Submit your request via the contact form. After this period, all purchases are final, as full access to the content has been granted.

5.3 Physical Merchandise

If you are not fully satisfied, items may be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Initiate the process via contact form. Once we receive the merchandise, refunds are completed within 14 business days. You may choose a replacement product instead of a refund.

6. Changes to Terms

SerenFounder reserves the right to update these terms. The effective date at the top of the document indicates the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
